Supplier matching
We organize a project brief so possible suppliers address the same facility, module scope, construction questions, quantity basis and US destination. Our service coordinates information; it does not manufacture, install, certify or approve equipment.
Send a project brief
Fit decision: confirm the venue, exact layout and intended users before treating any module or document as applicable.
| Buyer input | Sourcing support | Supplier-confirmed output |
|---|---|---|
| Dimensioned venue plan, activity zones and intended user groups. | Convert the plan into a structured module and interface request. | Proposed layout revision, equipment list, dimensions and stated exclusions. |
| Required materials, performance questions and document list. | Carry the same evidence questions into each candidate discussion. | Construction descriptions and exact-item documents available for review. |
| Quantity, spare-parts needs, branding, packing and US destination. | Normalize commercial fields and identify different inclusions. | MOQ basis, pack list, charges, trade term, freight scope and validity. |
| Target opening sequence and local project responsibilities. | Map decisions needed before ordering and shipment. | Production assumptions, installation support scope and timing estimate. |
An illustrative 1,200 m² venue and a 1,200 ft² venue are not equivalent. Units, usable floor area and excluded building work must be explicit; this example is a briefing check, not an offered project size.
A lower equipment total can omit padding, netting, access modules, spare parts, supervision or freight. Keep those differences beside the stated currency, unit basis and destination scope.

Include venue dimensions, required zones, user groups, US location, commercial scope and unresolved evidence questions. Exact-item suitability, requirements and final approval remain buyer and specialist decisions.
